Last week we were delighted to welcome the Children’s Commissioner for Wales to our school. We discussed the importance of her role with all classes – she is responsible for helping to ensure that over 500,000 children in Wales are healthy, happy and given the best possible start in life. Our wonderful School Council took the lead in welcoming our visitors and sharing their experiences. Many thanks to Miss Roberts and Mrs Pritchard for supporting them.

Today we received the following email from the office of the Children’s Commissioner…..

‘I just wanted to say thank you to you and your colleagues who welcomed us on the school visit and huge thank you to the school council who were a pleasure to mee! The pupils are a great credit to all the work you do!

Diolch and God bless’
